By using ScanYoo, the User consents to the collection and processing of personal data necessary to provide the Services.
The purpose of collecting and processing personal data is strictly to:
- Provide event registration and accreditation services,
- Validate participant access through QR code scanning,
- Manage attendance control and access permissions,
- Improve the performance and security of the application,
- Communicate relevant service-related information when applicable.
ScanYoo only collects and processes data necessary to provide its services. This may include:
- First and last name
- Email address
- Company name
- Position/title
- Contact information
- QR code identification data
- Event attendance status
If Users choose not to provide required information, certain features of the application may not function properly.
Data Sharing

- The event organizer using ScanYoo,
- Authorized event staff for accreditation purposes,
- Service providers necessary for hosting, analytics, or technical infrastructure.

Security Measures
USB, S.A. implements appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Use of Camera
ScanYoo requires access to the device camera solely for the purpose of scanning QR codes for event accreditation and access control.
The application does not store photos or videos from the camera. The camera is only used in real time for QR code reading.
Data Retention
Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to provide the service and fulfill event-related requirements, unless a longer retention period is required by law or agreed with the event organizer.

USB, S.A. may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be published within the application or on the official website.
